I can’t thank you enough for this guide. I came home from the hospital post PE with a script for blood thinners and a 3 month return appointment and that was it. I was so shocked having the PE that I didn’t even know the questions to ask and now I do. This is greatly appreciated. This is not a new thing ,why aren’t patients sent home with any information?
